About Us

Character Creation Theatre is a spin-off company of Elite Talent Theatre School - with the aim to bring professional performances to many different venues, reaching as many different target audiences as possible.

Sally Lawton is a playwright/producer and actor living in Manchester.
Sally also runs Elite Talent Theatre School and is also an agent for children and teens for Elite Management.
Sally has taught and written for children and adults for almost eight years.

Barry Lawton (Sally's dad!) Born and raised in Stockport and now lives in Prestatyn has been creating stories for years.
His Facebook status stories of the historical adventures of Private Plonker, gained him a cult following.

Together, with their love of comedy and writing for children / teens and adults and Barry's love of history! They've created some extremely exciting productions for 2011.
